Tanika Bradford

Tanika Bradford - behaviour support practitioner

I am a Behaviour Support Practitioner studying to become a Clinical Psychologist with a strong background in child and adolescent mental health. I am currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology and have extensive experience working with neurodiverse individuals, particularly children aged 5–18.

I adopt a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and person-centred approach to practice. I am skilled in conducting functional behaviour assessments, developing and implementing behaviour support plans, and collaborating with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes.

With a background in both education and psychology, I bring a holistic understanding of behaviour across home, school, and community settings. I am passionate about supporting individuals to build emotional regulation, improve daily functioning, and enhance overall wellbeing.
